The Prisma investigation

In the context of the Prisma investigation, the prosecutors instead formulated a request for indictment also on the side of fictitious capital gains, having acquired, through wiretapping and searches, material deemed probative.

Just the documentation collected in Turin and transmitted for territorial jurisdiction has led other prosecutors to take action. The line of opaque partnerships of the Juventus club, on which the sports prosecutor is still carrying out its checks, involves clubs such as Bologna, Cagliari, Sassuolo, Sampdoria, Atalanta and Udinese. According to what has emerged so far, some prosecutors have already opened files and ordered investigations such as in Cagliari, Bologna and Genoa and Udine.
