Fencing, harassed a 16-year-old athlete: referee goes to trial

The 16-year-old had rejected the approaches and had then told her parents everything. In the proceeding against the arbitrator in Rimini, the girl filed a civil action, defended by the lawyer Diego Galluzzo, while the constitution of Fencing Federation it was not admitted due to lack of a notarial deed, and will be presented again before the Court on 13 June. For Bucca, another first instance trial for similar facts will begin in Catania on 25 September with the same accusation of sexual assault on another minor. The girl defended by the lawyer Aldo Rossi has filed a civil action against the arbitrator. The two girls are also witnesses to each other in their respective trials. Bucca is currently suspended pending the definition of the proceedings.
