Deloitte, Coni and Cip launch the Dual Career program, a multi-year partnership to promote initiatives aimed at supporting the training and growth of student-athletes: among these, the awarding of scholarships to cover university fees and the offer of coaches dedicated personnel who will accompany the athletes in their training path, an absolute novelty in the Dual Career projects on the national scene.

The initiative (explained during a round table available here) was born in synergy with the institutional table in progress involving Coni, Cip, the Milano Cortina 2026 Foundation, the Minister for Sport and Youth, the Ministry of University and Research , aimed at defining a regulatory system capable of promoting the development of the Dual Career Guidelines in all Italian universities. Deloitte Italia Partner for Professional Services of Milano Cortina 2026. For this reason, the appointment with the next Winter Olympics and Paralympics will be the first area in which the partnership between Deloitte, CONI and CIP will find application, through the identification of students – athletes of the Olympic and Paralympic squad of the winter disciplines.

With this initiative, we set ourselves the goal of making a concrete contribution to a greater diffusion of Dual Career programs in our country – says Fabio Pompei, CEO of Deloitte Italia – We are convinced that even at a high level, study and sport can coexist, within the framework of a mutual and fruitful integration between the values of teaching and competitive sports. With the support of the institutions, CONI and CIP, we are proud to be able to support the personal and professional growth of our student-athletes.
