Last March 19th Bruce Willis turned 68
and social networks have been invaded by photographic tributes dedicated to the actor, who suffer from frontotemporal dementia (the diagnosis was revealed by the family in February, after his retirement from the scene was announced in the spring of last year). One photo in particular has attracted attention: it is a black and white shot that portrays Willis and ex-wife Demi Moore (the two were married from 1987 to 2000 and have three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah) at the opening of Planet Hollywood at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota on December 12, 1993.

And so far there would be nothing strange, except that the image was republished by the actor’s second wife, Emma Hemingin an Ig Story on your Instagram account. Yes, I liked them together too, wrote the 44-year-old former model, complete with a smiley face with hearts, making the photo absolutely special. The shot was originally posted by the @ lovefool.99 account as a tribute to the Hollywood star, accompanied by the caption My heart goes out to him and his family as they are dealing with his terrible illness.

After sharing Heming, the same account @ lovefool.99 wanted to thank Willis’ current wife for understanding that the tribute page was not a lack of respect for her, as some followers have accused, but a sort of travel in nostalgia. Married since 2009 and with two young daughters (Mabel and Evelyn, aged 11 and 8 respectively), the actor and Heming recently celebrated 14 years of marriage. An event celebrated by the former model with a photo and a video on Instagram, to which Moore did not fail to like her, in tribute to the extended family that she, her ex-husband and Heming managed to create.
