Boxing and art in New York. The FLAG Art Foundation hosted in its Chelsea office a reading by Vincent Piazza (Boardwalk Empire, Jersey Boys, The Passage, Tulsa King) of Gabriele Tinti's poems inspired by the "Boxer at rest", one of the most admired works of art of antiquity.

A special event on the occasion of the "Strike Fast, Dance Lightly: Artists on Boxing" exhibition, a vast collective exhibition distributed in two locations that revolves around the psychology, ethics and entertainment of boxing whose title is taken from a verse by Tinti.

The exhibition includes works by leading historical and contemporary artists such as George Bellows, Edward Hopper, Eadweard Muybridge, Paul Pfeiffer and Ed Ruscha and will then be replicated in 2024/2025 at the Norton Simon Museum.
