“A bomb of emotions”. He feels it explode inside him Alexandra Amoroso in the hours before the start of Everything Happens Tour in Italian palazzetti: from the Pala Florio in Bari (tonight and tomorrow) to the Mediolanum Forum in Assago (Wednesday 21 December). Halfway, Wednesday 7 December, the Nelson Mandela Forum in Florence it will be a bit like a circle that closes. «I was lying in the sun on a beach in Porto Santo Stefano, at the beginning of last summer, when I started writing the lineup for the San Siro concert», says Alessandra, who was the second female artist (after Laura Pausini) to perform in the Milanese stadium, five months ago, with a magnificent preview of the tour which starts today. «During the concert Everything happens at San Siro I was finally able, for the first time, to enjoy all the emotions without suffering them. It was the great return from my Big Family with the whole team, enriched by 90 dancers and 40 orchestra players, which I won’t be able to take around Italy now. For the arenas I had to dry the show a bit, with a different lineup, and many top secret surprises », says the winning artist of Amici 2008-’09, who in 2010 began her first tour (30 concerts, all out of stock).
Today Alessandra — 49 platinum and 8 gold records, with over 2.7 million copies sold and half a million streamed on Spotify — has a great desire to share his greatest success: the path of psychoanalysis through which he made peace with his career. «Shortly before the lockdowns, private episodes that I would like to keep to myself led me to seek explanations. I started embracing my fears. And so I began a very intense process of analysis which made me understand that there are no limits in life; we ourselves put ourselves in front of judging and limiting barriers».
«I discovered the damage I did to myself when I headbutted success arrived with Amici like an avalanche that overwhelmed me. I kept asking myself “Why is this happening to me?”. I answered myself: “Maybe I’m nice. Little one”. But no, Baglioni, Morandi, Fiorella Mannoia had seen my talent from the beginning, so they colored my wonderful journey made of music, »says the 36-year-old now aware of herself and her work. «I start this tour super prepared — physically, spiritually and psychologically — finally centered and aware of who I am: the successful singer and the woman who cleans the house and goes shopping, two souls who have perhaps met for the first time. And that by singing they want to convey positive messages». On the stage of the arenas, Alessandra Amoroso will continue to take sides against violence against women, a battle that she also carries out by participating in the concert-event “One, no, one hundred thousand”. She will also take the opportunity to invite you not to be afraid to ask for psychological help. «The two years of the pandemic, and above all the months of imprisonment, have brought the demons out of the darkness. Having more time available for ourselves has made us feel wounds that we had closed in a drawer: it has happened to many. From the analysis I have had the tools to face life and find myself again. I would recommend it to anyone,” she says. Silence. Microphone. Alexandra is ready. “When I’m on stage I fear nothing. On the other hand, I started singing because it’s my way of touching the sky with a finger».
