Which appliances can you buy with the 'furniture bonus' to save 50%

Energy saving also necessarily passes from the use of efficient appliances. Better still if you take advantage of the mobile bonuses. The bonus, which is up to those who have made interventions in the house that give the right to 50% deductionit is also recognized for thepurchase of household appliances only. From here to the end of the year it will be possible to take advantage of the expenditure ceiling of 10,000 euros. From next year, however, the amount admitted to the subsidy will be reduced by half. On the other hand, even those who have not carried out renovations to date will be able to evaluate energy saving measures that also allow them to take advantage of the furniture bonus, starting from a minimum expense.

Small expenses and double savings

The works that give the right to the bonus in addition to those of the real construction type, in fact, are all those of energy saving for which the practice of Enea is not necessary, but which are 50% deductible as part of the home bonus. These include all the so-called "minor" interventions that still have an impact on reduction of consumption. Among these we find for example the partial interventions on windows and French windows such as the replacement of the glass only without touching the windows, or the replacement of the shutters and shutters, provided that, of course, they are all certified products and installed in accordance with the law.

Stove, boiler or inverter: how will we warm up this winter?

by Luca Fraioli

In the same way it is possible to obtain the benefit not only by replacing the heating boiler but also when only the radiators are changed, or if thermostatic valves are installed, or when you buy an air conditioner capable of supporting the heating system. For this type of intervention, however, the invoice that also includes the labor is always required because the certification of the system is required. Once the intervention has been carried out, it is possible to choose appliances regardless of expenses, since the furniture bonus is in no way linked to the amount of the work: the only requirement is that the works are started before the purchases.

The class of household appliances

The household appliances admitted to the subsidy they are just who they themselves are certified as energy saving. In this regard, with reference to the new energy labels that came into force last year, the Revenue Agency has clarified that for the facilitation:

  • the electric ovens they must have an energy class not lower than "A";
  • the washing machines, dryers and dishwashers they must have an energy class not lower than "E";
  • the refrigerators ei freezers I must have an energy class not lower than "F".

Other household appliances not provided with a label are also deductible as it is not mandatory. These include, for example, i microwave ovens which do not have the label as they are classified as electrical appliances that supply a variable power intensity whose type and level can be selected directly by those who use them. The same in the case of induction hobs.

Bonus also for those who pay in installments

In order to take advantage of the facility, it is always necessary to make all payments with traceable tools. In this case it is not mandatory to use the dedicated bank transfer, but the credit card can also be used. Online purchases are also facilitated, and if the invoice has not been requested for these, it is sufficient to keep, in addition to the copy of the payment, the credit card statement that allows you to trace the tax data of those who made the shopping. In the end the tax relief is also up to those who pay in installments.
