Valentina Corrado, former grillina councilor in Lazio, will move to the Democratic Party

Valentina Corrado, resigning coordinator of the M5s in Lazio and former councilor for Tourism of Nicola Zingaretti’s red and yellow council is ready to join the Democratic Party. It’s just a matter of days. The official will arrive next week when, barring sensational twiststhe former vice president of the Lazio Region Daniele Leodorithe main promoter of the agreement between the dem and grillini who governed Lazio until a few months ago, with the support of all currents of the local Democratic Party, will become the new secretary of the regional Democratic Party.

Starting, probably, from what happened a few months ago in Lazio in view of the regional ones. Just together with Leodori and Roberta Lombardi he had tried to build with the Democratic Party. The attempt was unsuccessful. Giuseppe Conte from above had stopped the attempt at an alliance. “I’d rather take a step back because I want to continue living my life with the enthusiasm and satisfaction deriving from the work and the passion I have for various fields”, Corrado wrote again before concluding: “Politics included”. After the step back the one forward will be the passage in that Pd that the former councilor, also for personal history, sees as the only possible ally of the M5s.
