The lesson of the Ramelli case for forgetful anti-fascists
Sergio Ramelli, a student of the Youth Front assassinated by militants of the Avanguardia operaia in 1975 is commemorated every year at Itis Molinari. This year the undersecretary Paula Frassinetti participated in the celebration and this aroused protests in the area of "militant" anti-fascism. In addition to contesting the political exponent, someone also wanted to almost justify the crime by calling Ramelli "a thug". It almost seems as if they want to re-propose the climate of those terrible years, when sectors of the extreme left paraded shouting "Joseph Stalin taught us, killing fascists is not a crime”.
