Schlein replies to Meloni: “Think of the country before it crashes us”

“Meloni? Worry about the country before it crashes us. We are worried about too low wages and cuts in health care, because you have been governing for eight months and have not spent the billions of the Pnrr, increasing precariousness and dismantling rights”. The meeting of the secretariat of the Democratic Party lasted five hours. It will be the management convened on Monday afternoon to ground the modalities of the campaign on the territory.

Today’s meeting comes after days of tension: first the resounding defeat in the administration and then the appointment of the new deputy group leader in parliament which has created quite a few discontents among the members of the party’s minority.
