Sanremo under the lens of Agcom: the process to sanction hidden advertising and the singer Blanco has started
Hidden advertising in Sanremo, now Rai is at great risk. The Council of the Telecommunications Authority examined the dossier on the alleged violations that occurred during the 73rd Song Festival and found 12 episodes of unreported complaints, as well as improper use of Instagram. It therefore unanimously decided to initiate sanction proceedings. If it is positive, public TV could suffer a heavy backlash: in fact, the foreseen fines range from a minimum of 10 thousand to a maximum of 253 thousand euros.
The most striking case concerns the use of Instagram, the social network that Clare Ferragni he would have advertised by helping Amadeus to open his profile on live TV. But the performance of also ends up under the Guarantor's lens Blancowho destroyed the floral choreography of the stage with kicks and punches due to an audio glitch: it will therefore be necessary "to evaluate any profiles harmful to human dignity and incitement to violence".
No relief, however, for Rosa Chemical And Fedez, who had mimed acts considered unsuitable for the protected band, complete with an unchaste kiss on the mouth. The investigations, entrusted to the Media Services Department, will now have to follow a codified procedure which provides for discussions with the parties involved, following which the Board will adopt the definitive provisions.
