The case of the “secret” Chinese bank ends up in Parliament. The Democratic Party – the first signatory is the Senator Enrico Borgoa member of Copasir – in fact presented a question to the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosiand to that of Finance, Giancarlo Giorgetti asking for answers after the investigation by Repubblica on 5 March. “It emerged – reads the question – the existence of a system, widespread throughout the country, for laundering money through illicit transfers to China and, in some cases, returning cash on the national territory.
