Meloni in the Chamber: "The opposition slanders Italy on migrants for political purposes"
The counteroffensive to controversy is the attack. This is the strategy adopted by the premier Giorgia Meloni during question time in the House. Responding to the interpellation of the secretary of + Europa Riccardo Magi , the prime minister accused: "For political ends we end up questioning the honor and the work of those who risk their lives every day to save others and end up slandering the whole of Italy, offering tools to those who want to charge all the weight on us instead of taking responsibility." A harsh attack by the Prime Minister who then, as she has done several times in recent days, repeated: "Our conscience is clear, I hope that those who attack the government but do not say a word about the responsibilities of smugglers can say the same" .
