The index, which was presented at the annual meeting of the business association, draws a map of the regions and provinces that represent a better habitat for business and work for the new generations

Italy is a country with different speeds due to the favorable conditions for young people to work and to do business. The map of the "friendly" regions and provinces of the new generations is drawn by the Confartigianato report which contains the Index of youth-friendly territories for business and work and which was presented at the annual convention of young entrepreneurs of Confartigianato held yesterday in Rome. The result is a ranking that sees Lombardy at the top of the regions that offer the new generations the best habitat to work and set up on their own. A short distance away are Piedmont, Veneto, Emilia-Romagna and Trentino Alto Adige. The further south you go, the worse things get. The "black shirt" for the less hospitable environment for young people belongs to Molise, together with Sardinia, Calabria, Sicily and Basilicata.
