Holidays abroad: what are the favorite destinations for Italians?

Almost one out of two Italians (44%) has a trip to a foreign country in mind for this summer. The most inclined to leave national borders are young people: in the 18-24 age group, 73% think of going on holiday abroad. The preferred destinations are: Spain (indicated by 15% of the sample), France and Greece (9%). In the choice of destinations, seaside resorts prevail (63%), but interest in art cities is growing (26%, +5% compared to 2022). There is also an increase in the number of people who declare that they travel alone (+2% compared to 2022).
