Dl Omnibus, the Press Office of the Chamber: the dossier does not give judgment of constitutionality

With regard to the dossier relating to the decree containing urgent provisions concerning the administration of public entities, the legislative terms of social solidarity initiatives, when asked in this regard, the Press Office of the Chamber reports that: «In the dossier of the Chamber, of which everyone can view the website, no judgment is issued in terms of constitutionality, but reference is made to the constitutional jurisprudence on the matter for the assessment of the competence of the parliamentary bodies, according to a working and editorial methodology adopted systematically, for all the products of documentation on the measures being examined by the Chamber”. The decree is being examined by the Constitutional Affairs and Budget commissions.
