Green light to the Bills decree

The Senate Chamber has given the definitive green light to the Bollette decree in the text already approved by the Chamber. The green light came with the approval of the trust with 99 votes in favor, 54 against and two abstentions. The provision had to be converted into law by Monday 29 May. Several changes were introduced during the parliamentary examination of the decree law which is “worth” almost 5 billion in 2023 and provides for measures in three sectors: expensive energy, health care and taxation.
Among the innovations approved during the parliamentary examination, the introduction of a contribution in the form of a tax credit up to a maximum of 200 thousand euros and within the ceiling of 20% of the expenditure incurred for innovative start-ups in the sectors of the environment, renewable energy and health. Temporary simplification measures have also been envisaged for the installation of photovoltaic systems. The measures for the facilitated definition of the roles for Regions and local bodies have been extended, in relation to the institutions envisaged by the Budget law of the write-off of debts up to one thousand euros and the facilitated definition of the loads entrusted to the collection agent (“scrapping-quater “).
Let’s see what the crucial points of the provision are.
