The Japanese multinational Ntt Data, which operates in the IT sector, has announced the birth of Ntt Data Gov & Tech, 100% controlled by Ntt Data Italia with the aim of accelerating the digitization of the country system, accompany the public and private sector in achieving the objectives set by the Pnrr in terms of digital transition and facilitate the dialogue between citizens and the Public Administration. an investment of 5-10 million euros is foreseen in Italy alone and the hiring of 200 new figures in the next 12 months: analysts and public prosecutors among the profiles sought.

Technological development

Ntt Data Gov & Tech intends to develop specialist skills for young people, with a particular focus on the South and the inclusion of women in STEM careers, to contribute to the reduction of the gender gap in the technology sector. Specialized consultancy and dedicated solutions will be able to respond to the great challenges of digital transformation of the public sector by supporting the creation of innovative services based on latest generation technologies and on an excellent experience for the citizen. The new company aims to promote technological innovation in various sectors as an effective response to specific business needs – said the CEO Nadia Government -. Fulcrum of activities in the South

The project is led by the CEO of Ntt Data Gov & Tech, Nadia Governo, who also assumes the responsibility of Head of Telco & Media, and Domenico Picciano in the role of president, maintaining the responsibility of Head of Health & Public Sector.
